The CHRT dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your API usage, team activity, and account status. This guide walks you through each section and feature.

Dashboard Layout

  • Team Switcher: Switch between personal and team accounts (if applicable)
  • User Menu: Access profile settings, billing, and account options
  • Notifications: View system alerts and important updates
  • Dashboard: Main overview page
  • API Keys: Manage your authentication keys
  • Team: Team management and member settings

Main Dashboard Sections

Account Overview Card

Displays your current account type and status:
  • Account Type: Personal or Team account badge
  • Plan: Current subscription plan (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
  • Status: Account verification and billing status

Quick Stats

Key metrics at a glance:
  • Active API Keys: Number of currently active keys
  • Total API Keys: All keys (active + inactive)
  • Tile Serves: Current month’s tile requests
  • Feature Calls: Current month’s feature queries
  • Team Members: Number of users on your team (team accounts only)

Usage Progress

Visual indicators of your monthly usage:
  • Tile Serves Progress: Percentage of monthly tile quota used
  • Feature Calls Progress: Percentage of monthly feature quota used
  • Color-coded indicators (green → yellow → red as you approach limits)

Payment Method

Current billing information:
  • Card Details: Last 4 digits and expiration
  • Status: Active, expired, or payment issues
  • Quick Action: Update payment method button

Shortcuts to common tasks:
  • Create API Key: Generate new authentication keys
  • View Analytics: Detailed usage reports

Usage Monitoring

Real-time Updates

  • Dashboard metrics update automatically

Usage Alerts

The dashboard will highlight when you’re approaching limits:
  • Yellow indicators: 75-90% of quota used
  • Red indicators: 90%+ of quota used
  • Email notifications: Sent at 80% and 95% thresholds

Historical Data

  • Current Month: Default view shows month-to-date usage
  • Previous Months: Access historical usage via the Analytics page
  • Trends: Identify usage patterns and growth

Team Context

Team Accounts

When using a team account, the dashboard shows:
  • Team-wide metrics: Combined usage across all team members
  • Member activity: Recent actions by team members
  • Role-based views: Different information based on your permissions

Personal Accounts

Personal account dashboards display:
  • Individual usage: Your personal API consumption
  • Upgrade prompts: Options to convert to team account
  • Simple billing: Direct payment method management

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Cmd/Ctrl + K: Open command palette
  • G then D: Go to Dashboard
